Job Description :
Distribution company seeks accounts payable team leader for the Butler PA office. This person will direct, train, follow up with and support several accounts payable assistants. Oversee all aspects of the accounts payable process including, entry of vendor invoices and charges, payment processing, vendor questions and concerns, research and resolution of discrepancies.
Weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Pay depending on skills and experience, no less than $25.00 an hour. Plus employee benefits package.
Required Qualifications :
- Accounts payable experience
- Ability and desire to lead a small team
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with accounting software.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check
