Human Resources Manager
SUMMARY
A production company specializing in diverse programming is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their thriving organization. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a daylight Monday – Friday hybrid remote schedule (typically 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home).

POSITION
We are searching for a unique HR professional who is a strong generalist, a great listener, and thinks outside of the box to explore solutions that are human centered. In this organization, they believe the HR function should not be solely focused on compliance, but rather should prioritize making decisions that are in the best interest of their people. They are inclined to be thoughtful and value individuals who are capable of making strong intellectual connections and are comfortable navigating those complexities.
Reporting directly to the COO, as the HR Manager, you’ll support an employee base of just under 50 employees. Essential duties will span across the following areas:
- Benefits Management
- Record Keeping / Compliance
- Policy Administration
- Recruiting & Retention
- HRIS Management

- Patience, empathy, flexibility, and kindness.
- 3+ years of HR generalist or Compensation / Benefits experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
NICE TO HAVES
- A bachelor’s or associate degree with applicable experience.
- PHR / SPHR certification.
- HRIS experience.
