Job Description :

Financial services provider seeks someone with banking experience to assist the loan department in the Butler, PA office. There are six people in this department that support three loan officers. Experience working in a bank or credit union in any role (can be teller, retail banker, customer service, back office processing etc.) Training will be provided in specific documentation, terminology, and processes.


 


Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Starting pay is up to $20.00 an hour. Employee benefits package, including healthcare, 401K and paid time off. Direct hire opportunity.


 


POSITION


Responsibilities include:


·        Gathering, uploading, and managing documentation in electronic loan files


·        Ordering credit and title reports, appraisals, insurance and flood certificates


·        Checking, editing, and preparing documents


·        Responding to customers, directing customers to resources, answering routine questions, and follow up


·        Transferring money for disbursement of the loan


·        Gathering and updating financial information for ongoing loans


·        Keeping information secure and confidential

POSITION














Responsibilities include:














·        Managing loan files, such as ordering credit and title reports, appraisals, insurance and flood certificates














·        Tracking loan activity and creating reports for management














·        Preparing documents, including check lists of loan documents and disbursements, and letters














·        Responding to customers, directing customers to resources, answering routine questions and follow up














·        Assisting the lenders with checking for funds and transferring money between accounts














·        Gathering and updating financial information for ongoing loans














·        Keeping information secure and confidential


Required Qualifications :

·        Experience in a banking or credit union environment


·        Good verbal and written communication skills 


·        Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook


·        Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
