Job Description :

We are looking for an accurate and detail-oriented Office Assistant to help support the purchasing department of a small friendly office in Butler, PA. 

In this role you'll help to support the purchasing department by placing and tracking orders for products, following up on the status of orders, and updating product and inventory information in a database.


Weekly work schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Pay rate of $17.00 an hour to start. Benefits are offered.


Responsibilities include:

  • Receive orders / Send orders to vendors

  • Obtain additional information as requested by the vendors

  • Follow up with vendors on delivery status and communicate to the team

  • Enter/Track inventory in the database

Required Qualifications :


  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Professional phone skills

  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Data Entry)

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
