Job Description :

We're currently working with an Auto and RV repair shop to identify a Service Manager to join their team. In operation since the 1990's, over the years this business has experienced consistent growth especially in the RV area of their business. In this role, you have the freedom to think as if you were the owner, and put your ideas into action to be the driving force behind growing an underutilized service department in the rapidly growing RV industry - and here's some data to prove it!


Based on the "RVs Move America Economic Impact Study" conducted by the RV Industry Association, a report from that study issued in June 2022 shows a total of $4B total RV industry economic impact for the state of PA alone. And nationwide economic impact of $140B! More and more, people are gravitating to RVs due to the fundamental change in how people work, live, and travel, and loving the freedom that RVing provides.


As the Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to manage and grow the department, work with your staff of four to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and achieve long term goals related to service and parts. You'll maximize productivity levels of your staff through ensuring timely deliveries occur and efficient scheduling of customer and internal vehicles. And increase the likelihood of repeat customers and referrals to new customers by providing a high level of customer service, actively resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring a high quality of work.

Required Qualifications :

  • RV service experience is preferred. 

  • Supervisory / Management experience. 

  • Excellent customer service skills. 

  • Drivers license in good standing.
